I have never really learned how to apply make-up, so I booked a couple of how-to sessions with Kalia. The consultations were very informational and fun. Kalia was a good listener, friendly and professional, I appreciate her experience and talent. As a result, she understood what I wanted to get out of each lesson. I walked out with some products too that I have been using and really love. I definitely feel a lot more confident with putting on "my face"!

I took a makeup leson with Kalia. I only use mascara and eyeliner everyday, and my hope was to walk away with some new ideas to implement. Kalia definitly helped me meet that goal. Kalia is an excellent teacher and started the lesson by asking how I learned best. We decided she would show me the technique on one side of my face and then let me practice imitating it on the other. This was helpful and confidence-building. She asked lots of questions to help me pick the colors and look I desired, and I was so pleased with the end product. We used many products, but I deeply appreciate that there was not a hard sell to purchase everything at the end of the lesson. I bought four different products at the end--a nice refresh for my makeup bag. This is an excellent experience for the price. I would recommend this for anyone, but especially someone who does not use much makeup nor spends time on learning about its application. I could definitely see taking a high-school age daughter here to learn how to use makeup to look naturally beautiful.
